OWNERSHIP

You will not own the land, but you will own a piece of equity of a company that owns the building being  built on the land, and that
has the concession of the land

HOW WE WILL PROCEED

We have 44 rooms. As soon as we sell 65% of the project, we are technically able to proceed, BUT, we will only proceed if we reach 90%. This means, if the project does not sell out, or if for any technical reason we decide to NOT move forward with the project, everyone will be FULLY reimbursed, minus eventual transaction fees on the blockchain.

THE PAYMENT

The payment has to be done in USDT or USDC. If you decide to pay in ETH, BTC or any other crypto currency, we will transform it to USDT or USDC and together we will ‘note’ the value at that moment and lock the amount. In case of a refund, you are paid back in the USDC or USDT value, not in the number of tokens from any other given currency provided..

CAN I LIVE IN MY ROOM?

Technically you can live in your room, in this case you will be asked a monthly fee representing 8 nights in the hotel per month.

CAN I RENT MY ROOM OUTSIDE OF BITCOIN
HOTEL MANAGEMENET

You will be allowed to rent your room, although you will have to follow the monthly, weekly or daily rent prices of Bitcoin hotel, and add your own commission to that. Unfortunately, we cannot have you rent the place cheaper than the indicated prices we will be taking care of. Even if you rent the room yourself, you will have to pay a management fee on the original rental price, not on your commission.
